Can I use the BellaMoon pillow if I’m not expecting a baby?

Yes. Most of our customers use it simply to sleep better. Women use it for menopause, endometriosis, recovery after surgery, joint and back discomfort, or just because it’s the comfiest pillow they’ve owned.

Is it good for side sleepers?

Yes. The C-shape supports your head, keeps your knees apart and your hips aligned, and gives you something to rest your arms on.

How do I wash it?
