Choose your design ↑🌙Who is the BellaMoon 3-in-1 Pillow for?
It's designed for women at every stage of life. Its C-shape supports your head, back, hips and knees at once, so it's loved by side sleepers and anyone who needs extra comfort at night.
Our customers use it while expecting, before and after surgery, and for endometriosis, menopause, chronic pain and other hormonal changes. Hidden zips let you split it into three pillows for feeding or back support too.
📏How big is it, and how firm is it?
It's approx. 1.4m long in total: a 75cm centre section and two 40cm end sections, joined by hidden zips. It has a balanced medium firmness, plush yet sturdy.
To reduce our carbon footprint, it arrives vacuum-packed. Massage, fluff and plump the filling by hand when it arrives so it regains its full shape.
🌿What is it made from?
The covers are 100% organic cotton: soft, plush and luxurious to lie on, with extra-long zips for full coverage.
The inner filling is 100% polyester and the lining fabric is 100% polypropylene.
🧺Is it washable?
Yes. Remove the covers and wash them separately at 40°C with a mild detergent. Line dry only, and avoid tumble drying or dry cleaning.
For the inner filling, spot clean with a damp sponge and let it air dry. Give it a regular shake and air it out to keep it fresh, then fluff it by hand to restore its shape.

All BellaMoon products have been thoroughly tested by a CPSC-accredited laboratory. They meet all EC regulations, REACH and British Standard requirements.

🚚How long does shipping take to the UK & Ireland?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Northern Ireland every working day before 10am. During busy periods, please allow up to 72 hours for dispatch.
Express: 2–3 working days
Standard: 4–7 working days, depending on location
You'll get tracking by email once your order ships. As we're based in Northern Ireland, there are no customs charges for the UK or Ireland. Need it by a certain date? Get in touch and we'll help if we can.
