FAQs

Can I use it if I'm not expecting a baby?
Yes. Most of our customers use it simply to sleep better. Women use it for menopause, endometriosis, recovery after surgery, joint and back discomfort, or just because it's the comfiest pillow they've owned.

Is it good for side sleepers?
Yes. The C-shape supports your head, keeps your knees apart and your hips aligned, and gives you something to rest your arms on.

Will it fit in my bed?
It's 1.4m long and sits comfortably on a standard double bed.

It arrived flat. Is that normal?
Yes. To reduce our carbon footprint, we vacuum-pack it in recyclable plastic. Unroll it, then massage and plump the filling by hand to restore its full shape.

How quickly will it arrive?
Orders placed before 10am on a working day are usually dispatched the same day (up to 3 working days at busy times). UK and Ireland delivery takes approx. 2–7 working days after dispatch.

Can I return it?

How do I wash it?
Remove the covers, machine wash at 40°C and air dry. The bundle's spare cover means you're never without one.
